This is a pillow top design mattress with 26cm height. The pillow top design construction has several layers of soft Mega foam that offers cushioning and comfort. Mattress core is made up of Bonnell Spring Unit, which provides unprecedented support.

Bonnell Springs:

Bonnell springs are hourglass-shaped springs manufactured from high Carbon steel wire, and the ends of the wire are knotted or wrapped around the top and bottom circular portion of the coil and self-tied. All the individual spring are then tied together using a helical wire, and the completed structure is reinforced with a strong border wire to retain shape. These coils are then individually heat-treated for inducing spring action and flexibility. This unique technology provides a sturdy, stable and intrinsic spring unit.

Mega Foam Technology is a unique German technology for manufacturing superior foam that is environment friendly. This technology does not use any harm full chemicals like Methylene Chloride known as ‘blowing agents’ to manufacture foam. Methylene Chloride is an ozone-depleting substance commonly used by mattress manufacturers to manufacture cheap foam, which depletes the ozone layer and allows the harmful UV rays to penetrate and reach the earth causing acute damage to life and sustenance.   This foam is manufactured by a special ‘Mega Foam Machine’. This machine manufactures foam by  ‘Vacuum-chamber-curing process’ which does not require any chemicals or ‘blowing agents’ to manufacture the foam  and therefore the foam manufactured by this technology is environment friendly and is known as ‘Mega Foam’ or ‘Green Foam’

The foam manufactured by this process has an open-cell structure. The open cell structure provides perfect air circulation and ideal moisture management.
