We do not offer returns or refunds except in the following cases:
- The product has a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty.
- You cancel your order before manufacturing begins.
Manufacturing Defects
If your product has a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, you can request an exchange or replacement at any time after delivery, but no later than 7 days from the delivery date. To do so, contact our Customer Service Centre or email dfmcllc@dfmcllc.ae.
- Pick-up: If you choose a replacement, we will arrange to collect the product. Please return it with all accessories, manuals, freebies and original packaging, along with any signed declaration our Customer Service team requests when you log your request.
- Condition: The product must be returned undamaged and in saleable condition, including all accessories and manuals.
- Returns process: All returns must be requested by contacting our Customer Service Centre.
- Defects after delivery: Any defect that appears after delivery will be handled under our warranty terms.
Free Items and Gifts
Freebies and gifts are not covered by any warranty and cannot be exchanged. If a free item arrives defective, we will replace the free item only. The main product will not be replaced.
Refunds
Approved cancellations and exchanges qualify for a refund or a replacement, depending on product availability and your preference.
- Cancellations before manufacturing: If you cancel an order before we begin manufacturing, 4% of the amount paid will be deducted to cover banking and transaction charges. The remaining balance will be refunded to you. By submitting a cancellation request before delivery, you agree to this deduction.
- Refund timeline: We will initiate eligible refunds within 15 working days of receiving your cancellation request. The time it takes for the money to reach your account depends on your bank or card provider.
- Refund method: All refunds are issued to the account used for the original payment.
